At the risk of sounding bragging....when I was little I always wanted to be the guy with the cool truck I remember being young and thinking those guys were so cool. Then the other night a military member and his young son and wife stopped me and my wife as we got out. The woman says hey my son just wanted to see your truck and say hey to you he thinks it's so cool. A pretty cool moment the kid was shy however I said hey talked to the the navy guy a moment about it thanked him for his service and we went on our way. Now I know it's not much but I think that kid made my night just as much as I made his. I regret that I didn't get any of their names especially the fathers. Just saying you never know who's watching. If he's anything like me he'll remember that and I'd want to be someone who can be looked up to. I could have been rude or a jerk then he probably would have grown up and wanted a ricer.... Just kidding seriously though it was a cool moment. Now for a teaser shot with more pics to come after work

I'm excited to see what they look like at night wiring isn't done yet though. Gonna clean all the wiring up at one time this weekene and wrap it to hide it. Ordered a switch for the bed lights to replace my old rocker that I mounted in the plastic stock plug

This is the face of custom work late nights, working on your project after working all day and no friends around cause they are all partying. Sounds fun but when I roll up Monday morning and they are like man I need to do that makes it all worth it. My father in law who lives with us thinks I'm nuts. Seriously though anything tacoma related going on in jacksonville fl I feel so alone. Passed a forerunner ranger the other day on the dames point.....kinda cool for a Ford I guess1421453551611-1793182733_zpse057805d_37ddfabb3ba6630db3196e91c26b421827d45076.jpg

Edit just because he's cool:this is my tacoma buddy when the wife's at work

The only thing I can says it looks good but disproportionate in the front. I'd suggest a total chaos long travel kit to widen out the front end a little bit. For the suspension I would recommend icon shocks all around.
