    Actually it says fenders or mud flaps. The law is mainly for saying if you dont have fenders you need flaps or vise versa. Ex. semi isnt pulling a trailer the wheels are exposed without fenders so they need mud flaps.

    6000k headlights and fog lights, L.E.D lightning all around, satoshi grill, hella 5100's behind the grill, pnasonic in dash, dual fosgates ps3's behind back seat, powder coated back bumper.
    my mud flaps have been gone for over a year now i live in sunny southern california and no tickets

    Great reading between the lines, I didn't catch the fender nuisance when I originally read it. Pretty clear why almost every vehicle I see now has no mud flaps. Makes you wonder why Toyota sticks them front and rear on a 2wd truck?

    Isn't the light above the rear window a third brake light? I've honestly never checked. I debated tinting the tail lights but finally decided it wasn't worth it. Also, I butchered the BHLM so I wasn't feeling too confident about it either.

    Correct you can get the spray on tint stuff at any local automotive shop...it works great i uninstalled mine in my tundra and taped off the reverse light and sprayed them lightly and with slow even strokes (about 3 light coats)...Make sure you coat it evenly and after it cured for about a month during the hot summer I hit it with polishing wheel and a light glaze to give them a glossy finish...
