Super sad to not see it work out.

I just got my tundra in Feb (2017) and had high expectations and excitement for the 3rd gen but super happy with mine.

Truck looks fantastic. It doesn't look like you have 2.5" lift in front and only 1" in rear. Did you back the coil overs off some to achieve the way the truck sits(level or a slight rake)?

I have a 2023 coming in any day now. My 2021 TRD 4R wheels cam in today and I'm looking at Toyo AT3 265/70r17. I assume that' the size of KO2's you went with... right?

    Thanks dude!

Yes that’s the tire size. I’ve gone overboard on several builds. Keeping this one simple - I love the Toyo’s. I liked the BFG look better on the taco

I’m not 2.5 up in the front I’m still dialing it all in….. had it level then camper shell lowered rear 1/4”…. So waiting on 1” eibach blocks then tweak the front and should be good.

just for reference ground to fender well is around 37” all around.
    I started here stock
    Front driver
    35.25

    Front pass
    35.5

    Rear driver
    37

    Rear pass
    36.75

my plan is to finish the suspension…. And have front even and 1/4” lower than the rear.

I appreciate the info. So photos show 1.5-1.75" lift in front and non in rear. I intend to keep keep some rake(.5 - 1" for me) too so when I haul something I won't be squatting. I've not had coil overs but that's nice to be able to dial it in. I was planning on 5100's on 3rd (1.1") or 4th(1.5") notch.

I like the eibachs (had lots of bilsteins too) they came complete and I just threw them on and being able to dial them in and change them as needed is nice.

That fact that they are assembled certainly is nice too.

Nice truck! I have a question - what is a Reverse Plug & Play Harness?

    Thanks.

It’s a harness a guy here sells that’s plug n play so when you put your taco in reverse the license plate lights go off and reverse lights stay on (of course) and night time visibility is improved greatly when backing up.
I’ll post video and time mark to elaborate. 6:00 minute mark

They are full on upholstery not seat covers but have had katskinz a few times. Love them. Better quality than oem leather.

Hey Steve.... is your truck an OffRoad with painted fender flares and a Sport hood or is it a Sport with a Off Road decal? :notsure:

Wheelskins. Forgot to add a pic for you. Easy install but I’ve done a ton of them.
I don’t like perforated leather or two tone colors. Just plain 1 solid color

here’s a pic right after I did it. They tighten up some and smooth out.

Sorry just saw this. It’s a sport with OR decals - I hate the word “Sport”. Lol that’s me though. since all the suspension has changed and I’m re-gearing (5.29) with lockers it won’t be a sport really. Just like the hood better on the sport. (Plus I like more subtle decals)
