....bought all of this stuff during a Black Friday shopping spree last November, and just had everything done at my local shop last week.

    The list:

    • '23 TRD Pro 6MT
    • Westcott Designs #35103B lift
    • CMC
    • 295/75/16 BFG KO2s
    • 16X8 SCS BR6 -12 offset
My shop did a great, clean job on the CMC, all tires mounted up/balanced with minimal weight. Apart from the CMC and front mudflap removal...I've done no additional trimming of anything....pinch weld, fender flare, bumper cover...nothing, and I have no rubbing forward or reverse, lock to lock. I was kinda shocked 'cuz I was fully expecting to. So I went over some large curbs, thinking that I was gonna hit somewhere.....nope. I was pleasantly surprised...
Driving impressions - Since I have the MT, I find little to no performance/acceleration loss....so I don't see any need to re-gear at this point either. MPG seems to be at around 15....was only 16/17 before so not a major hit. Very pleased.

Now I will say that my driving will consist of mostly street/DD with some hunting trails in the Fall, cottage/fire roads, yadda, yadda. Not the crazy wheelwell stuffing that some do here which I expect would necessitate further clearance trimming. But for my needs, this set up seems to work well....and looks fantastic, IMO.

Now I'm thinkin' 315s when these wear out.....hmmmmmm......

1 1/2" front and 1/2" rear as Pro already has mild lift from factory.

Have you noticed any ride quality difference on your end? I have the lift (front only) on my '21 TRD Pro and am not a fan. Love the way it looks but the ride quality went downhill. I am considering swapping for the eibach drop-in springs for the TRD Pro. Nice rig btw!

Thanks....I haven't found any discernable notice in ride quality from stock....perhaps a little rougher but I'd also attribute that to the E rated/10 ply tires. Certainly, not enough to swap out the Westcott lift.

    Looking good!
I debated Wescott before I got my lift as well.

As far as the re-gear goes, I went back and forth a million times. My truck is my DD as well, but I do like to do off road a little bit. Nothing crazy, but just get away from the city. I put 33's on my truck but what I hated was the constant downshifting on the freeway. Even on mild hills if I wanted to stay at speed it would downshift 2 gears and just hunt all the time.

Also after going back and forth about 4.88 vs 5.29, and reading the mega thread about it I decided with 5.29. I'm glad I did. After the 2 inch lift in front, the 1 1/2 lift in back, the 33's and sliders I didn't add a lot of weight to the truck but the re-gear and flash of the computer I really like the truck at highway speeds now. The increase in rpm isn't noticeable in my opinion because of road noise, radio, etc.

Congrats on the lift and tires!!

Thanks....it aligned very well with the OE Pro UCAs. The shop that I deal with is very proficient with their alignment machine and was able to tweak the caster perfectly...which is why I don't rub with a minimum of mods. I really think I could comfortably stuff 315s under there with a little trimming.

As far as re-gearing...not a huge difference from stock. Perhaps if I had the auto, I may have to consider a re-gear with this tire size, but the MT seems to handle it well.

I missed that part of you having a MT. I debated so hard with AT vs MT. I love manual !!!
