Welcome to TW! Depending on what weight oil you are running, you could go to a heavier weight to help slow oil loss as a very temporary mitigation strategy. However, if you are certain you are burning it, with that kind of mileage it isn't worth doing any partial fix IMO. If it gets you from A to B, rebuild when you have a good opportunity.

It still runs pretty well.. Still drive it camping(3hrs/6hrs round trip) . I only take it to Toyota for oil change . Truck is stock just on some 285/70/16 mud tires .. I was hoping it was just some valve seals .. But your the second person that said for a rebuild . Thanks for your opinion though . Appreciate it .

PCV valve should be replaced every 40,000 miles or so. Clogged PCV valve can cause the crankcase to overpressurize, leading to burning oil and leaks. Cheap part to replace.
It's OK to mix synthetic and conventional. It's more beneficial to add the same brand of oil as what's already in the crank case so the additives don't work against each other.

Typically the first casualty of heavy oil consumption is poisoned catalytic converters ($$$$), so it's important to address the issue quickly.

^Casualty, as in burning oil can lead to damaged cats. Not the other way around.

It's on bank 1 next to the plug wires, very easy to access. Apparently the part is easy to break, so have a replacement PCV valve ready before you remove the existing one.
