Reviving this thread. For some reason my truck started creaking like crazy recently. I notice it driving in parking lots. But it seems like there are two things here, the leaf pack and the bushings. In my case it's sort of a lower pitched creaky groaning sound (like jumping on an old bed?). I'm 90% it's the bushings, not the leaf pack. Anyone have a solution though? My old Blazer has fancy aftermarket poly bushings with greasable bolts and it still does the same thing...

Re-reviving an old thread... If you can isolate the source of the noise to the bushings, either front or back, spray a lubricant that does not disappear by evaporation but rather leaves a coating behind. The best one that I have found, which also does not attack rubber is made by Wurth. A can of their HHS spray is a tad expensive but it goes a long way. After spraying the bushings, if the noise does not go away, apply it to wherever there are two parts rubbing together (leaf, clamps, etc.). It does not wash away easily so the noise will stay away for a good while. PB B'laster penetrating oil lubricant also does not evaporate away, but it's not quite as good as the Wurth HHS. Both do a much better job than WD-40, which is NOT a lubricant.

I guess you need some anti-squeak for the anti-squeak discs! :)

Gonna have to agree with the boeshield t9 lubricant. Worked immediately when i sprayed it on my leaf spring end shackles, not the ubolt or near the rubber bearings. I was too lazy to take apart and clean the leafspring pads so i just sprayed it in between on both sides as best as i could. Literally in a few minutes, i did the squeak test by pushing down on the back of the bed a few times and the squeak was gone. Specially focusing on those circular pads that are in between each leaf spring. No idea how long its going to last but this made me a 100x happier knowing the squeak is not there at the moment. Thank you guys who first commented about this product!
