Dan - How do you like those JBA UCA's? I'm trying to decide between those and Camburg Ball Joint or LR Balljoint

Yeah I didn't know I did it either. I heard something scrape but I get a lot of scraping sounds when I'm wheeling. But when I found out I knew when I did it.

If you know when you did it, you can avoid it next time - Its a learning processes. Gotta pay to play they say.

Its funny how after awhile yuo can tell the difference between a LCA skid scrape, trans skid scrape, muffler scrape or a slider scrape. I havent heard the dreaded driveshaft scrape...yet. Are you gonna go one piece or stock two piece?

I never get scraping sounds when I wheel....

... I get excruciating grinding, popping, pounding and loud explosions when I wheel.

You must be doing the light greens Dan!

How does your truck do with offroading? I have a 3rd gen DCLB as well. Have read that a short bed would be more ideal for offroading but I already have the DCLB. I've also read that a DCLB has a really long wheelbase compared to the SB. Don't want to get into anything serious, would just like to explore some nice trails in MOAB and such. My truck is currently stock so I'm trying to figure out whether or not it's worth it to spend money on upgrades or figure something out and get a SB. but I do prefer the Long bed and I've seen other people wheel with long beds... Sorry first truck, I'm new to all of this haha

Sliders on a long bed. That's a major thing. It does make things interesting. Its doable. Just high center more often.
