Finally ordered my Kings and then this happened

    And that’s all good and fine if it’s not represented that orders are shipping from their warehouse. Even when calling them they said they didn’t have anymore in their warehouse so they had to order them. This isn’t a problem just with the kings but with the dakars also. When asking about the leafs their response was essentially we don’t have them anywhere and don’t know when we will be getting them. Essentially don’t sell items you don’t have and if you do need to order them that needs to be disclosed...or at least emails need to be answered lol

    Get your money back and wait until all this is over. It may just be a little while longer until you get your suspension components but it’ll be worth it I’m sure.

    I was thinking of buying American suspension but now with our country looking like a entire tinderbox I might decide to order shocks from Australia instead. As far as I know, Kings suspension production is completely suspended yep

    I didnt see anything about you paying with paypal. If you did you can file a claim with them. If not file a claim with your CC company, you will get your money back very quickly, they just take it off your statement until resolved. If the company cant prove product was shipped, easy win.

    My bad I thought I mentioned that. Yea you can checkout via PayPal with them and I always use it when I can. I already talked to them and they said this would be covered by their claims, I just was debating if I wanted to push it one more time Monday to get action or just file the claim.

    Thats frustrating.....i had a very similar experience with jpcycles over motorcycle parts ....held my money hostage for a couple months....good luck

    I’m going to send an email just to get further proof of my attempts and pretty much state that if this issue is not rectified by Tuesday close of business day then I’m filling a dispute with PayPal. They need to give me a reasonable production eta from king and refund the cost of the Dakar’s. The part that really makes me mad about this is that they said they charge a 20% restocking fee for canceled orders...I got mad and yelled “what the hell are you restocking??”

    Lol, you think this unable to ship due to corona is limited to the U.S.? :rofl:International orders are far worse, I have several things that shipped months ago from different countries and due to covid, still have yet to arrive.

    Well the thing is I’m not even being that unreasonable about the kings, I just want a little follow up to an eta.

    The Dakar’s is what’s unacceptable to me. To their own admission no other warehouses have the leafs and they have no clue as to when they can get more in. The essentially sold an item they don’t even have access to and then how the balls to try and charge me a restocking fee to cancel

    well, if they’ve placed the order with their vendor for the leafs, then I can see why they would charge you a cancelation fee. Maybe their inventory was off, if that was intentional then that’s bs, if it was by mistake then that sucks.

    Well it doesn’t matter if it’s intentional or unintentional, it’s their mistake. The consumer shouldn’t be penalized for their actions. What gets me is they aren’t even trying to fix this, that’s the issue.
