I installed my new, color match bumper today. I couldnt stand the chrome one. I hate chrome... like... A LOT. haha

I ended up buying a black OEM one of eBay. Then I took it to a friend at a local body shop and he painted it with Toyota Radiant Red 3L5. It looks so much better. Ill probably try to sell my stock chrome bumper.

I don't have a pic of it on the truck yet. Hopefully tomorrow.

I hate it too. I painted mine myself. Its starting to look pretty crappy though. I might try to do a complete overhaul on it. New grille insert (satoshi style maybe) and have my friend paint the surround with a real spray gun and some real clear coat rather than rattle can.

haha, I was wondering if someone would comment on that. I was in the process of test fitting my new wheels. I figured I'd get a pic of the bumper while I had a minute.

Nice! I want to do the same thing to my rear bumper. How much was the bumper and if you have a link, that would be great!
