How did you mount the front bypass shocks? Is that piece available? If so I might be interested in the front bypasses too.

    Haha!

I'm sure this will work with the setup you have. The lower arm, cv, spindle shouldn't really change from stock to your kit.

If you think yours is close you should see mine. At first I didn't think it was going to fit.

A new bolt here, a new bolt there, a new bolt everywhere.
There was a bracket (I believe some people call it a bucket) welded onto the frame and no unfortunately I did not save that piece.

We have not tested our Kit with a lift spindle but it will bolt up.

You will need longer shocks though for the added lift.

The standard 2" to 3". I had mine as a spring under so it was a less than standard lift

This isn't related to your for sale thread, but did you have any involvement installing the fenders? Or any work on the bedsides?

I just ordered a set of McNeil fenders and bedsides and I'm curious how they fit.

Free bump if you don't want to reply since it's a for sale ad. :)

Oh...what spring rate coils do you have on the front coilovers?

That is related to the for sale ad.

I'm so confused. I'm interested in the front coilovers and bypasses but it doesn't make sense. Even buying new it's a few hundred less than the for sale price.

The invoice says adjusters on the front but I swear I don't see adjusters. As jberry mentioned they have to be regular performance series. You paid 1800 just for the front coilovers. Which, unless I am missing something, is way more than they should be.

They fit amazing. I did the install on the front fenders. As for the bed sides I did not get a chance to install those.

Haha. I'm not trying to beat a dead horse. I'm honestly interested in the coilovers and bypass shocks.

I didn't bother too look up the bypasses yet. But the coilovers, again tell me what I'm missing, are around 1200 new. You want 1450. I get because you paid 1800. What I don't get is what I'm missing to make the price difference. If it's something more then I'm all for it.

And did I miss the sprint rate? I can go back and look but I swear I didn't see it.

I have not seen personally them that cheap. You are correct and the coilovers do not have adjusters. That was an error during ordering, which I agreed to just keep. These have a 600lb spring if I am not mistaken, but @JT@Bajakits could tell you better than I could since the shocks were a custom order for my application and Bajakits were the ones who ordered the shocks.

    ...too much shit to list.
Look on the side of the spring itself. There is a series of 3 numbers in white. Grab a photo of that. The last number in the series is the spring rate.

They were designed specifically for the Baja kit, they likely have different valving and reservoir hose length, and who knows what else without having specific information. Both of those items can be fixed/replaced with extra cash. you might be able to make it work or might not.

That's what I was thinking, there is a chance these were valved for his kit too which might be a little different. Sounds like a good setup for someone who wants to go their route though.

You can easily fix both those issues, but it's likely you'll have to modify something.
