Finding & Installing OEM Fogs Lights. Help?

So I've recently realized that I want fog lights in my "fog-lightless" bumper...I've done a little looking around and cannot find anything that answers my questions. Do I have the wiring already? 05 base model 4 cyl. Where can I find a whole light/wiring/switch that comes together in a package without giving toyota my life savings? I want fog lights soooooooo bad thank you

 

eBay has em for under $100

 

Crawl underneath your front bumper and look up around where the blanks are. If it's prewired, the wires will be taped somewhere near the blanks. If it's prewired, the install is REAL easy.

 

I got mine on ebay, my truck was not pre-wired. I used info found in this sticky:

I bought my stem, for my cruise at a salvage yard ($10).
I have seen the switches on wrecks too.
