I'm gonna take a wild guess and say both of you did not make an account. I just tried another browser and copy/pasted the link to ops truck and I see a list but no pictures. Logged in and all the diagrams are there.

Make an account to see the diagrams!!

I just verified that it does not work even with an account. I'm on a Microsoft Surface Pro using IE. I wonder if it's disabled for new accounts but works for old accounts?

OK this explains it, found this in their help section:
I'm guessing this works for old accounts, so consider yourself very very luck! I wonder what motive Toyota has for trying to keep these diagrams out of public view? I guess they want to discourage people from buying parts and doing the work themselves in hopes they take their cars/trucks to the dealer instead. LAME!

I seen that comment in the help section but I was hoping that creating an account would still enable the diagrams. Strange that Toyota forced the site to
    remove them.

Anybody no where else diagrams can be found?

I'm figuring this out as I go, but try this:

    (1) Sign in
    (2) Click the Contact Us link
    (3) Select "Diagrams Missing" and submit
    (4) Click the link that says "here"
    (5) On the next page, click the link that says "here"

You have to give them a link to a post you made in a Toyota forum pre-November 2009. I'm still waiting for the result of my submission.

Also while you're there, follow the link to send an email to your representatives in office about passing a bill that is to prevent auto makers from hiding this type of info from you in the future.

I didn't belong to a Toyota forum before November 2009. The search continues...

same here, I owned a Ford in 2009. I only had one diagram come up on a +05 page but it must be one that was missed because no other diagrams come up at all.
