I keep things simple and keep a nice Black Diamond headlamp near me at night. I've pulled/sold off all the lights that I had mounted to pistols. I like things simple and I figure with the headlamp, in the event I need to illuminate anything other than a "threat", I'm not pointing a gun toward it. Certainly not for everyone, but it's the system I've chosen.

Mine as well even out this ammo box with all 30 rounders. That'll sooth my mild OCD.

I just bought another headlight. I think that makes my 4th. I like them for working on the truck, camping and working outside at night around the house. Especially when I'm doing anything in the snow when I'm wearing thick gloves. They really are nice to have. I wouldn't mind having a rechargeable spot light. Nice ones are crazy expensive though. I'm always on the hunt for a sale.

I like the "Fat 50" ammo cans. They'll hold thirty 30-round PMags.

I used to do this, but when you start having so many mags that you dont open them, putting them in 50 cal cans becomes a chore. I just have my placard(s) full and my belt loaded, then the range bag has range ammo.

I have a question. Why Olight over a surefire or a streamlight for a handgun?

If you are looking for an AIWB holster, I recommend either a phlster, or a darkstar gear. If you want a more minimalist light bearing holster, I recommend a VG3 from raven concealment, if you can find one. Ive been carrying that way for around 8 years.

Roger that. I keep stuff like that ready/around as well, but a couple of these "go boxes" stocked.

These are my "extras". I have some fully loaded magazines more readily accessable.

Ran my new Ruger SR .22 at the range. Very impressive little gun. I would rather shoot 9mm, but with the ammo situation the .22 is a welcome range gun addition.

Chatted with the Firearms guy at Academy. The ammo deliveries are put out on Mon/Wed/Fri mornings. Our local store rolls it out on carts and whatever isn't picked over and purchased by closing time gets stocked on the shelves. Pretty smart to save them time stocking the shelves. All they had today was WWB 9mm and Winchester Hog 7.62x39.

Thanks for the advice a few weeks back, y’all. Installed the banana holder panel from @victory4x4 today. Perfect, snug fit.

If anybody says dudes don't enjoy playing dress up, they need to try on some Load bearing gear or a plate carrier.

I'm having entirely too much fun.

I don't know how our troops carry all the gear that they do on a daily basis, when their on the front lines.I couldn't even carry a bob today if I needed too. I do have a simple throw over the shoulder mag holder, and that's as good as it gets for me.
