If I only had a "Judge" I would load it with .45LC over .410 shells.
Take a walk through this site and the 2 tests of the Judge.

I have shot the .40 PX storm, great gun, the rotating barrel helped a lot with the 40's usual snap.

I personally liked the gun, but I like the stoeger Cougar 8000 and 8040 better, very similar design, but made by stoeger (who is owned by beretta). It too has the rotating barrel as do the old Berreta Cougars. The plus in my book about the stoegers is they are not polymer, they are steel.

but after shooting my first rotating barrel, I am a big fan of them and when i turn 21 will be getting the stoeger 8040.

    ok,

    so I have 2 things

the first, is the 12 gauge from hell. this thing is freaking ridiculous. just go through the thread for a bit, also, somewhere in there they shoot a sealed 5 gallon bucket full of water with it (found it, it is page 8)

    http://www.thehighroad.org/showthread.php?t=178655

now then, so I want to know what you guys think about something. I am sure most of you have heard of the dragon's breath shotgun shells. Well, my evil scientist mind has been working and I have thought of something. Pending more research, i am thinking about making some dragons breath shells, except I want to add something like copper chloride or copper sulfide to the mix and try to get colored flame (in these 2 cases blue and green respectivly) for the dragons breath. It is the same stuff that they put in fireworks for color.

Am I just plain nuts for thinking of this?

well, if you are a polymer frame fan, then the PX storm is not just a good, but an awesome gun. its a good gun to me because I have shot the steel, and have always preferred it. try out the beretta somewhere if you can (maybe rent at an indoor gun range?)

I have a Charles Daly double barrel that has to be at least 30 years old. I was my fathers and was passed down to me. It has been a great gun.

The older ones are of a greater magnitude of quality than the new ones for sure!

I was wondering if anyone would say anything about it, i will be talking to my chem professor about it and doing my own research to find out if there are any risks of over pressure doing it (my biggest fear, then I will have to wait until spring break

So guys, I really highly reccomend CCI ammo. Great customer service, I had a box of 17 hmr with 2 squibs in it (both stuck in barrel...yikes!)

I emailed cci and they asked me to send the one that I had managed to save to them and they would send me a box of ammo. Well , I had shot all the ammo up and sent in the box, I just got a new box of 17 hmr cci v-max in the mail yesterday, I Highly reccomend them

And so y'all can see the squib (there was definately a good strike on the rim). The powder was dumped out of the casing, there was still more in the case

Also, y'all might get a kick out of this, I bough a hard gun case at a pawn shop (8$, can't beat that). Well apparently the previous owner managed to fire his gun while it was in the case....glad he doesn't have the gun anymore (I hope)

i run a drill ~ once a month where we get home, see the front door tampered with so we enter the room where the gun safe is kept, instead of the front door, get a gun from the safe, and proceed to make sure the house is clear, i've always run it with the p95 (with a light on it) but today i decided to try the riot shotgun (winchester 1300 with a 18.5'' barrel), and dang it's a pain to maneuver through our hall with that thing ready to go.
