I hunted with an H&R Handi Rifle in .243 for many years. That was a great shooting single shot.

Has anyone used Underwood Ammunition? Is it good? Bad? Clean? Dirty? Better off throwing rocks?

Yes, its good quality, usually loaded HOT!! Their goal is maximum performance. I carry their ammo in my 10MM, and 380.

Seems like stuff is starting to stay in stock longer online. Primary Arms has plenty of entry level ARs in stock and usually that is the first to go.

Boutique ammo company that is high quality. They make my favorite .357 round for my Ruger 77/357

I mean, hypothetically if a local gun shop carried them I would buy one or two using paper money...

Ok, that’s a bit high but if I had access to a mill I would make a copy of it....

I finally got to see all of the mags I ordered, I still need some more but this will last a little bit. (D60 not featured on the bed).

Couch gun got a capacity upgrade, nothing like being able to throw almost half a box of lead down range before having to reload.
I do like the feel of seating the 21 round mags vs the 17 because I don’t catch on the mag well as bad.

I try and have 5+ loaded per each individual firearm that accepts a magazine. Loading them all before a range trip allows for more shooting and less reloading. I have more empty ones stored in various ammo boxes

I keep mine loaded and accessible, I keep a minimum of 2 loaded with 64 grain gold dot on the night stand, 3 in the mag carriers on my plate carrier (ball ammo), some are on top of the safe, and I keep the others either in ammo cans ready to go to the range or other activities, and finally I have some stashed different places wether it be in vehicles or other places on the property.

My goal is to have 20 for every AR style rifle/pistol I own, they’re cheap now, go up in price when the market squeezes, and they’re also a wear item that isn’t guaranteed to be available in the colors/model/capacity that you want.

You should see the stock piles of G3 mags some people got when they were like $0.50 a mag.
