Bed rug, ARE bed top, Weathertechs. Little goodies here and there!
Put it in lock back position, unload it. Let it sit in the safe for a week or so like that. It'll help loosen it a little.
When racking, Use full left palm over slide and push with your right then release left to let the slide slam. Similar to what others have said. Works everytime. Consider getting some snap caps so you can practice safely. They're cheap and worth it for your safety.

Thanks! i'll give that a shot, no pun intended.
It may sound like this is my first pistol ever - i'm so used to my xd; but that pistol is probably 15 years old and used a lot and what i hate in the triggler pull, i enjoy in every other aspect. This glock though..wowo.

    Cheers and thanks!

Get metal rimmed / base snaps. Plastic based snaps will break after a number of cycles. Don’t be me first time ‘round. :anonymous:

Is this the phone that took that pic?

But really - i'd love a hog-hunt (and not the kind relating to 'the hogs outside the gate of Fort Bragg')

Considering it was absolutely pitch black getting that shot from a phone is crazy. Come on down just drive fast by the hogs outside the gate.

I got the snaps in. With a loaded mag the slide moves perfectly as it should. The button is still shit, but at least my pistol works as it should - its not inop. Thank you!

Were you trying to cycle it with an empty mag inserted?
If so, it was doing exactly what it's designed to do, stay open when mag is empty.

No, I was saying i couldn't rack it because it was an empty mag. I picked up some caps and tried it; seems to work. The whole issue was the release/lock button giving me fits.

Yeah I can’t believe that there are people out there opposing it. Kinda wish I lived in Texas and had a bunch of land just to hunt them lol

Those people are always opposing something lol. I hunt on a close friends ranch they run a lot of cattle and the hogs destroy the food plots. We have seen tear apart a whole field in one night and that can upwards of 50k.

People always oppose what they don't understand. Most of them think meat miracles it's way to their dinner plate. They hate that you hunt, but a totally find with slaughtering animals in a factory.

After owning two TLR-1 HLs for a few years now, I’ve only just learned about their strobe function.
