Thanks guys. This isn't my first rodeo dealing with USPS and Zenitco. The first time around the package got hopscotched all over the east coast, including two passes through customs. The seller does warn about items not clearing customs and actually has multiple recent tracking numbers so you can see how long shipping takes, shipments that get seized by customs, etc. I thought I was in the clear since most of the packages were being delivered and only one or two being "lost".

What pisses me off is the perceived incompetence by USPS, not to mention being told the package was delivered, followed by the tracking info being scrubbed from the website. The first couple of times I called the USPS reps couldn't even find the tracking info. They had to go through a different system to find it.

    DHL or Fedex.....

Why anyone uses USPS for anything baffles me.

    It was the only option.

FedEx and UPS aren't perfect by any stretch of the imagination. I've had FedEx lose packages between the point of pickup and the local FedEx facility 2miles away (a big ass Pelican case containing $9k worth of temperature data loggers) and I've also had them completely destroy $80,000 blood processors by pushing them out of the back of the truck and letting them fall to the ground.

Go to your post office with your tracking number. If it's still in the system somewhere they person there can tell you where it was "delivered" with the actual location it was delivered assuming it was "scanned" when it was "delivered"

She’s smooth as silk, that one. Been a great paper hole puncher so far. However, I would’ve expected Sig to put a Viton o-ring on the thread protector. They didn’t.

Your post office must be better than mine. Mine says:
"Yes sir, it was delivered to the correct address. We have GPS coordinates of where it was delivered."
    "Cool, show me."
"Uh...... it was delivered to the correct address. We have GPS coordinates of where it was delivered."

Then it shows up 3 days later when the person it was delivered to Returns to Sender and USPS actually looks at the address.

USPS tracking has been meaningless for at least 3-4 years.

To be fair, I've only attempted this once and was successful. This is how I discovered my packages were being delivered to a guy on a different street in my neighborhood with the same street number as me.
The postal worker gave me the gps location and show it to me on her screen and it was his house. I also was at a post office near work and not the one that actually handles my packages so maybe she was more incline to help with info knowing her location was not the reason it's missing. After this, I've never had to do it again. (Knock on wood) But for me, this one time it was a successful venture.

They let you get a good grip on the gun without feeling “sharp” like some G10 grips with a larger texture.

 I Love some of the G10 grips but I have to take some sandpaper to knock down the Sharpe points on most of them.....

These are not like the sharp “golf ball” grips I have on some of my 1911’s, if that’s what you’re asking. I wouldn’t put these in the aggressive category, except maybe if you carry it and it rubs up against uncovered skin.
