I only took 4 out today, and I thought cleaning up after that was a PITA! IMG_0533.jpg

This stuff is officially the worst grouping ammo I have ever fired from my CZ457. 2” + @ 50 yards. I keep looking for bulk .22 that it likes. The stuff Runs in my MKII Ruger Target fine though, and seems really clean for cheap rimfire.

Have you tried CCI mini mag 36 gr? You probably won't find it bulk in local shops but you can online. All of my .22s like it and groups are good enough for squirrel hunting.

I haven’t. Good call. It likes CCI standard and Segmented Subsonic. I’d like a flatter shooting inexpensive hunting round that’ll hold tight enough for reliable humane red-tree-rat control. The rifle is capable of 1” groups @100 with ammo it likes.

Got my CVA cascadia (used buy) setup for deer season, put the used Vortex Viper 3-15 FFP on it, but it wasn’t shooting the Hornady precision hunter ammo very well, switched to federal premium 150 grain and it grouped well.

It is. Run it in my cheap PSA AR, since 22lr does dirty them up, instead of in my CMMG Banshee lol. But has ran pretty much flawlessly, which surprised me. Just have to clean and grease it all up after a brick or so, to keep it running smooth.

Mine came in, my blackout defense zero trigger is too light, kept getting really light primer strikes. My Triggertech triggers have stiffer hammer springs, might try it with that next. Otherwise may have to use a milspec trigger booooo.
