    A quick search shows the gun has a custom Cerakote job by Apollo Custom Coating, with a satin aluminum slide (finish not material).

    From their web site, it looks like they have done a lot of the "custom" color Glocks we see on the market.

    So the question is did Glock contract with them or did they do it on their own? I am curious as to the answer, as there are so many customized guns on the market.

    Apollo Custom is Davidson's in house cerakoter. it was completed after it left the Glock factory. Again, generally speaking, for the retail market, Glock doesnt do any of that. They do occasional small runs of Battlefield Green, OD Gree, FDE, and Grey along with a previous short run of silver slide 43x and 48, and of course the 19x in Coyote Tan. None of which are cerakote and all either metal treatment to obtain the slide color, or the polymer is molded in the color not coated.

    Many other companies may do in house work like that, but Glock doesnt.

    First time out with the S&W 442 UC, and Sig 365XL.

    Target is the 442 at 21ft. Bottom right was last round with defense loads. She's snappy, but not unpleasant. I'm aiming low, as it seems to shoot high, but I'm not sure if it's me. More practice!:quickdraw:

    Mostly stock, just getting it to my liking, just happy to have had the taco and now my 4Runner.
    My kydex holster arrived from Custom Tactical Innovations, cannot recommend them enough. Communicated directly via email with the owner who really took care of my requests above and beyond what the website offered. And the cost was extremely competitive to others online in price and wait time.

    And just won an auction for 500 rounds of 9mm hp 124g. And now we wait.

    Now I will list my previous holster for the prodigy and an optic plate for sale in the b/s/t section.
