    So...
Don't run that many rounds through a full-auto Glock without replacing the guide with a stainless version and using a lubricant that can withstand extreme heat?

Must be nice to be able to burn that kind of $$ on deliberately trying to ruin a gun, lol.

Why spend $500 on a decent little safe when you could put that money into another gun?!

He may have. If he's in an apartment he probably had to lug his safe up a flight of stairs or two, which probably means he didn't have a 600+ pound behemoth. My ammo safe is just a repurposed 10-gun safe (my first gun safe, actually), and you could cut through that thing pretty easily with a sawzall, some cutting oil, and a couple of decent blades (and about an hour's worth of privacy).
Even my big safe, which is a 600+ pound fireproof behemoth, isn't impenetrable; it'd take you all day, but you could totally saw the hinges off and cut through the locking lugs if you had the time. It's got 12 of them, but once you got the top ones and most of the side ones taken care of all you'd need is a prybar. A little leverage and the weight of the door would take care of the rest. :notsure:

Or he may have been one of those dummies with a flimsy HF sheet metal gun cabinet.

A lift, some wheels, some tires, some performance, some cosmetic and then audio.
I couldn't decide when I was searching for replacement sights between those and Vickers Elite but I went with Vickers Elite on both my Gen 4 19 and 34. So far so good and well worth it:

Shot my 556 and 6.8 today, recovered a round from the 6.8 in a Gatorade bottle, federal XM68GD (90 gr. soft point), target was approximately 60 yards away.

6.5 lb stainless mountain rifle in 308 Win. Will be my new deer gun. Tired of lugging around a 12 lb target rifle for whitetail. Hoping to work up a load for it using the 110 gr TTSX.

I am amazed that they open the way they do while maintaining shape through target.

Also, got a question I want to put by you guys. I just got a new smith wheel gun (28-2 highway patrolman). I took it out for the first time with my model 19-5 as well

For some reason the 19 is blasting a significantly higher amount of stuff sideways, as in I can feel it when I shoot it. I've never noticed before as I had never shot another .357 side by side with it. Any idea why the 19 might be doing that?

    And obligatory picture

Hand or pawl might be so worn that it doesn't lock up perfectly. How much rotation is there in the cylinder when it locks up?
