Couple of my clients use it... To them is works well.. Another couple clients use finger nail paint. They also say it works well... I personally have no experience.. Only hearsay... Hope it helps...

@tigerfan00 You're in AZ right? I know a guy in Glendale that works on S&W revolvers. I seen him do fiber optic, gold bead, and colored epoxy, front sites. I'm sure he could do tritium as well. He worked for Robar a long time ago, taught at Yavapai College's gunsmith school. He mostly does S&W revolvers and Browning Hipowers/1911's.

If you're good with a file you can do it yourself. Here's a little tutorial by the smith I was talking about:

I suppose you could use glow in the dark paint mixed with the epoxy. If it doesn't work out, just clean it out and refill it with a normal color.

If your real ballsy you could try something similar and file a vertical flat on it, drill a hole parallel to the barrel and mount a tritium tube in it and you'd have true night sights

I've had the Rem 700 Mountain BDL in .270 Win since my wife gave it to me as a wedding present 20 years ago. I like that rifle a lot :)

Awesome! I put a Leupold Ultralight on it and it weighs 6 lb 15 oz all together, empty. Going to be a joy to pack around. Only downside is you can't thread the pencil barrel so my suppressor will have to stay at home.

And I don't have to worry about the suppressor at all in California... :(
