Excuse my ignorance, but what does RTF stand for? I.e. How is it different from a normal G19?

And from my understanding, RTF was a trial period run between Gen 2 and 3 as they were adjusting to complaints about grip being not rough enough and too rough

Which tops in used shape is a 600 maybe a little more gun.

925 is insane. At least in my area.

anybody build kydex holsters? Looking for a quality kydex holster for Apendix ITWB carry with spare mag holster attached. Hopefully one that isn't half the cost of a decent pistol.

We plead the 2nd makes holsters like that, theyll tweak them however you want. Zorn also makes awesome holsters, no idea if they make one with a mag holder too though.

Yup. Some Glock collectors will need it and might be willing to pay extra for one of the rarer versions of the g19.

IIRC the RTF 19 is the hardest to find, with 17 then 23 and 22 following...not 100% but I know the 9mms are harder to get than 40

I sold my rtf 19 for 700. It was neat and you certainly won't have trouble getting a grip but if you actually carry it it'll tear up your shirts and anything else it rubs against. I actually like the gen 4 texturing a lot. It's a good medium. I wish they would put that texture on gen 3s.

I'm thinking about ditching .40 in favor of 9mm, any reasons not to?

My thoughts, 9mm is slightly cheaper, I can get 2 more rounds in a standard mag, it's easier for new shooters to learn on, and it suppresses better.

True, but .22 ammo is a PITA to find around here, and also it's not a "major" caliber.
