Was in Vegas this weekend. Feel so nice to not have to lock your handgun up and store it out of reach when driving around :D

Unless you already have a metric shit ton of ammo I'd get a .17HMR. Ammo is much easier to find, and far better quality than the crappy mexican .22lr I've been finding lately. I have a savage .17hmr and I really like it. It's ridiculous how accurate it is, and although it isn't a "coyote" cartridge, it gets the job done.

While I wouldn't use it for 'yotes personally I will second the stance of buying 17HMR over the .22LR. It's a far better cartridge and hoarders aren't eating up the 17HMR as quickly.

    Why not build a real AR15 with a 22lr bolt instead of wasting $$ on a 10/22?
Then he can have the real thing....
I have been taking my 9yr old to the range for about 4 yrs.
The regulars there recognize him and know he has training.
If it's busy and has people we don't recognize, we go shoot archery or skeet until it quiets down.
    He loves it.

I had been stocking up on .22 for about a year before the buying frenzy kicked in. I have around 3,500 rounds of .22lr so Im good for a while. I would buy a box or two every pay day.

Hey guys, ive done some searching and I cant seem to find a good IWB holster that works well with a tucked shirt. I wear dress shirts everyday at work which need to be tucked. Most of the websites that talk about concealed carry with formal or business casual are either full suit or untucked dress shirt. What is the best option for tucked dress shirt, no coat, not excessively loose fit? Here is a pic of what I wear to work everyday. Dont mind the pose, it was meant as part of a picture message battle with my girl friend:

Would like to know this as well. I figured my only option was a pocket holster.

Pocket holster with an LCP seems to work best for me. Or you could maybe go with an ankle holster.

LCP in a pocket holster is what I run in dressy situations.

What are you carrying? In my experience as a smaller guy (I'm 5'7 and roughly 150-160lbs, with a pretty lean build) that makes as big a difference as the choice of gun. If you've got something small and thin in .380 like a Ruger LCP, you're going to have a LOT better luck concealing it than you would a Glock 19, regardless of holster choice.
That being said, my "summer gun" is a S&W Bodyguard, usually in a DeSantis Nemesis pocket holster. I've got a small enough build that if I tuck my shirt in, no matter what IWB holster I'm using, it still prints in a pretty obvious way if I start to move around at all (like, more than a very slow, casual walk!). The pocket holster doesn't print badly, even with dress pants. Since everyone's got a ginormous phone these days, what little print there is can easily be mistaken as a phone. I tried ankle holsters in the past, but they just weren't for me. I ride a motorcycle to work most days during the summer, the wind tended to expose the holster (and the gun in it) at anything over 35mph.

    Just my $.02

haha I did think of putting it in my brief case. I guess my chopped up AK can fit in there too. No buffer tube and spring for the win!
