Yes it is! My dad and I were out in front of OC Firearms in Costa Mesa a couple Saturday's ago collecting signatures. They are still asking people to find a place to sign and get down there.

It is only a matter of time before this crazy anti-gun mentality spreads to many other states!

10.5 AR pistol build is almost done. needs a few upper parts but is already heavy with a full 30rd mag and optic.

Do it. I want a FDE Scout as well. It will not be quiet, even with the can.

lol, yeah a .308 with a can is just less obnoxious. Being near one of these with that brake is nuts.

I need another caliber like a hole in the head but I still want one.

Keep your ATV for now, when they take the silencers off the NFA list, the prices will come down and obviously you won't have the $200 tax stamp, legislation has been working on it's under the hearing protection act, there is a current bill out there for right now.

Not likely that the HPA will pass.
But I think I'm gonna wait to buy until I graduate college next spring.

That's what they said about Ohio getting rid of the five day waiting period for a firearm in a state that is majority democratic, now it's a no day weight, and has been for sometime

have you checked out the Mossberg MVP. I too wanted a scout then I looked into the MVP and price is cheaper and it takes DPMS magazines.
