Thinking of selling my M&P 40 for a CZ p09 suppressor ready 9mm, I need to find one locally to feel the ergos on but they're a damn good looking pistol and affordable.

The CZ is a much better pistol in my opinion. Not saying the M&P is bad, I just think the CZ is better.

Any guesstimates of the condition of this barrel? I bought the pistol as a LE trade in so an unknown number of rounds through it, I've put probably close to 800 through it.

Also any estimations on what it's worth as a package?
    image.jpg

It's a mechanically sound, but it has a few blemishes in the polymer and some wear on the slide (inside is from the barrel, the outside wear is from a safari land ALS holster).
    image.jpg
    image.jpg
    image.jpg

It has 5 mags (15 round, factory marked) that work flawlessly and no magazine disconnect.
Also trying to sell a safari land ALS level 3 light bearing holster, safari land ALS level 2 holster (non light bearing), an aliengear cloaktuck 3.0 IWB and cloak mod holster (OWB) with it as well.

And I have 150 rounds of 180gr Speer gold dot, 40 rounds of Browning BXP, and 100 rounds of 165gr WWB to go with it as well.
    image.jpg image.jpg

Also the night sights are still in pretty good shape.

I'd hold on to it until after November 8th at least. Unless you need the money to buy the CZ.
In that case, $450 give or take for the package should sell fast.

Edit: the barrel doesn't look too used up. Considering most police agencies only qualify once a year, I'd say it looks great

    x2.

CZ is by far the most underrated firearm manufacturer I feel. They don't have(m)any LEO or .gov contracts here so people think they're shit firearms even though the CZ75 is as popular as AKs world wide.

    Thanks guys.
Gonna post it up for $550 on the local gun forum.
The ammo would be a little over $100 before shipping (130 ish), the holsters new we're about 250 new so I estimate about 120 used worth, and you can get LE trade ins for ~350 so i just subtracted a little for the rounds I've put through it and the blemishes on the frame.

I did some reading and the only LE contract that popped up was for Czeck republic but I've only read good things about the P-09.

If you can add in another $100 I'd hands down get the SP01 suppressor ready.

I'm probably the odd man out but I'd rather have the poly frame, the only steel frames I would consider are the 1911 platforms or the S&W 5906, or an old SIG.

The CZ P-09 is polymer frame. (If you are saying you'd rather have the M&P by saying you'd rather have the poly frame)

The actual steel and aluminum framed CZ variants are heads and shoulders better than the 5906. On par or better than most Sig and 1911 examples, not including high end make/ model. That's my objective and subjective opinion though. YMMV

I meant to quote Pittim, sorry.

I mainly want a 5906 because they look unique.

Get the 5906. Mine has the most amazing DA/SA trigger I've ever shot. The reset in SA mode is infinitesimal.

Just bought the new Nikon Pro Staff before deer season or I'd have entertained it.

I put the Trijicons on mine, but I still don't like the gun (major slide bite!), so It sits in the safe now days. I did like the sights tho.

Went by the pawnshop today on my way home and fondled a P-09 and SP01, I liked the way both of them felt, the sp01 felt better than expected and honestly handled a bit better than the P-09 but on a tight budget and if I have to use it as a duty gun in the future i would want the slightly lighter polymer.
Posted up my pistol for sale and spread the word through friends, have a few people interested and I'm hoping it sells by Thursday.

Anyone know how big the 10mm Glock is? I was trying to check one out at our local gun store yesterday but it was busy and I got tired of waiting

When I dealt with one, to me they felt the same size as a 19

Pretty sure the 10mm and .45 are the same frame.
