    What I meant was I am gadget poor because I spend all my money on gadgets. 40 years as a Mechanic has three large tool boxes filled to the top with tools and test equipment.

    Covered in stickers and chrome stick-ons for extra horse torques and foot powers. Icon sticker gets me tons of travel, dozens of milimeters.
    I bought a shooting mat there. Seems fine to me? As good as any other company could be.

    @SilverTacomaGuy

    Is the inletting sealed on the Nosler rifles? I usually put Spar urethane on all the inletting to reduce moisture absorption as I usually hunt my rifles in wet conditions. Just trying to figure out what I will use my M48 for so I can figure out what caliber to get. I don't know if I want a mountain rifle, a varmint rifle, or something inbetween. I really wish it came in a .25 caliber. Not that I need another, but I'm a sucker for .25s.

    What is the OAL for the short action? Might be interested in a .243 if I can get it in a 8 twist and at least 2.9in OAL.

    Midway is good to go, but not always the best price...still in the ballpark with everything though

    Primary Arms is usually my go to. Usually Midway's shipping prices suck

    I don't know, I'm just stocking up. I bought some of each, which will probably last me 5 years, so not so bad. I shoot mostly .45 auto, so I bought 5000 pistol primers and 1000 of the rest. Who knows how much they'll be next time I purchase.

    Little tree air fresheners. Clazzio black leather seat covers.
    We use a stain and a wax on the whole stock to help seal it up from the elements. That includes the whole barrel channel the action inletting and the inletting for the bottom metal. There is no "bare" wood on the stocks. We definitely don't build a whole lot of .25 cal rifles. I'm not sure why, the .25cal makes for a great rifle. Off the top of my head I don't know what the overall length of the actions are, I'll check tomorrow at work. We do build a LOT of 6.5 Creedmoors, they seem to be pretty popular. My personal favorite caliber is the 28 Nosler, there isn't much that it wont do. For med to big game I'd go with a 28 or a 30 Nosler. Varmint wise the new 22 Nosler has really impressed me. I wasn't really sold on it when it was first announced to us at work, then I got to see the performance side of it and talk to the R&D guy that designed, along with our Ballistics' manager, It's really IMPRESSIVE! Barrel life have been outstanding in our test rifles.
