I have a chance to pick up a Grizzly 45 win mag with about 500 rounds on a trade deal I'm working on...
Is there a market for these, I would just turn around and sell it.
Gun broker has them from 1200 - 1800

It was cheap, and I had heard good things. Very underrated little red dot. Pleasantly surprised.

Having a terrible time with PSA currently. Ordered a BCG from them two weeks ago with no correspondence. Can't call them because they never answer. Sent a few emails with no response.

    /frustrated.

Thinking about getting an AR. Not sure bout the difference between types of ammo but main reason for getting it is to have fun out at the range. Not intending to do much else with it unless some sort of apocalypse/rioting happens. Suggestions on one to get? Ideally wouldn't want to go over $600 but also considered building one. Thoughts?

I recommend building one. That way you can pick and choose your stock and rails and sights that you like. Most $600 Ars come with plain Jane parts.

Just build one, do your research, buy parts on sale and you'll have a great gun for the price of an M&P sport.

If you don't want to build one, Ruger makes a very nice entry-level AR. My family owns two of them, and both function very well.

I know almost nothing about ars but a gun forum im in had this as an ad
http://www.midwayusa.com/product/22...per-receiver-assembly-556x45mm-nato-16-barrel u can slap a $50 lower on it and be in an ar for $300 and have $300 for accessories and ammo within ur budget

I'd give you the opposite advice - you sound like a beginner to ARs, which is great. If that's the case, I'd say buy a complete gun, a S&W M&P Sport II, and have fun with it. If you like ARs, you'll eventually want more and/or to build, and if you don't end up loving them you'll have a solid gun for $700 that's built right with good parts and didn't break the bank.

I wouldn't recommend you go much cheaper that that for your first buy or build.

You might be able to find a $50 lower but not the rest of the lower parts with it. You can use the Stoner complete kit for $450 and be into a gun for just over $500...

Like I said, go by the $600 Ruger AR and you'll be covered and have fun!!!

That's why we weren't suggesting building one right off the bat. You certainly could, but it would be a learning curve of fun....... or frustration!

Agreed, the Ruger would be fine as well. You could add $100 to the S&W and be in a Springfield Saint. While it was a completely overhyped launch, it's still a very solid gun for the price, being basically a BCM Midlength. The Colt 6920 is another really solid carbine but you're around $1k there and the options open up at that point.

Just built my own. It's INSANE how cheap they have become. My personal opinion? https://www.slickguns.com/product/smith-wesson-mp-sport-ii-58999

That right there. That gun use to be almost $800.00 prior to the election. . .
