Should be a quick project for you then. There are instructions and a video on the Polymer80 website as well.

I hear the trigger is the only complaint about the 2.0, while everyone seems to love the 9mm trigger.

Great deal! I've taken a bunch Rob's classes (taught by another instructor) and it's good stuff to learn. Going to have to sign up for this.

I know AR lowers come with templates that you literally just drill out where there are holes in the template. I'd bet polymer80 does the same.

It's very similar in that respect. Just a plastic mold that has pre-cut holes where you need to drill. The only exception to that is the channel for the recoil spring which requires either a crazy steady hand with a drill, a press, or some time with the dremel.

It's very easy. The Compact frame (G19) is much improved over the original G17 frame. My only gripe is that it's not compatible with my G19 holsters.

So my G code incog holster system showed up in the mail the other day for my p320c Rx. I was intending on caring it aiwb. Needless to say it's going back. The holster prints pretty bad no matter how much I try to mess with it. Guess it's just not for me.

Just bought the Legion stamped version of the BlackPoint Tactical IWB holster for my P226 and it's absolutely awesome

Definitely would recommend it if you're looking.

I could be wrong, but im gonna say it will be more than a handful in that platform, but they make snubby .357 mags that are about that weight (heck ive even seen a .454 casull) so it wont be the worst i guess.

I love my Shield 9. Haven't shot the 45, but the 9 is a sweet little shooter. Very accurate and fun to shoot for a small pistol.

Honestly, I don't even notice the hinged trigger any more. If you're using a proper grip and pull it's a non-issue anyway.

I assume u mean 40 not .38; the thing about taking a gun made for 9mm and bumping it to a 40 or 45 is that the partd are goin to wear much faster because physics. But a should in a 45 wont be much of a range queen and i dont see it being shot enough to break it due to the amount of recoil that will occur

That's a crazy deal. I think I paid something like $325 for mine, right after they first came out.

The M&P Shield .45 shoots very well it is a little snappy but very controllable if your a man you should be capable of handling it....

The M&P Shield 9 mm is a great gun still a little snappy

Moving to a .40 or a .45 on that gun is a non-issue. The parts that are affected are designed for the more powerful cartridges. It's not like they're just slapping the .45 moving parts onto a 9mm chassis.

Im just saying that with similar parts a gun with twice as much recoil will most likely wear out twice as fast. It will still prolly go a couple thousand rounds before any issues.
And no issues on a holster:thumbsup:
