I'd recommend the M&P22 Compact, if you're looking for a cool little plinker. Much better than the full size. I have a 22/45 lite that is OK, but I don't love it. I built up a TacSol Buckmark and sold it off, wish I had it back!

I highly recommend you consider a threaded bolt action as well, perhaps the Ruger American Rimfire. Nothing so jaw-droppingly fun as a suppressed bolt action 22! Much quieter than any semi-auto.

I've always heard good things about the Mark series, only one I've put my hands on was a Mark 3 (?) stainless.

I'll consider the M&P 22 compact, i need to get my hands on one but I have large hands and I don't know how comfortable it will be for me.

I have a threaded bolt rifle, Marlin XT-22ZR, love the rifle, paid just over $100 for it, put a cheap bipod on it and a Nikon 22 scope and I can ring a 2" group on the 4" plate at 100 yards all day with Geco ammo.

    Unfortunately I do not.

I have never shot this distance before but with my 22 and a 3x scope I can hit a quarter at 50yards every time. That's not anything special but I do not think I am a bad shot. I know there were 2 shots there that I definitely pulled.

Ill have to setup a video camera and have somebody load the mag with a dummy thrown in once in a while next time to make sure I'm not flinching. I don't think I am but it's possible.

I guess at this point, the cheapest approach for you is to do like Kodiakisland said. Have somebody else shoot it and see the results they get. I was trying not to get into the human side of the equation out of respect, but shooting is like golfing! The preset up, the shot, and the follow-through are all just as important as one another. When I shoot, I stare down my object with complete intent like a state trooper stare down until well after the shot, (I never think of the trigger, and it is always a surprise when it goes off as a rifle and bow should be), the same way you stare down a golf ball through the entire swing process and after.

I know it's an obvious question, but have you checked everything with a level? Rail, rings, and scope? Any of them being off even a little will tend to give you a scattered pattern.

The trigger on this rifle is always a surprise, there's almost no take and it's very crisp and light. I take time with every shot, make sure I'm not rushing and try to follow through well. I definitely need more practice.

I did but the rifle wasn't in a vice or stand so it is very possible that it's off

Nice. I use those almost exclusively in my bedstand guns.

Oh, those are the TMJ's. Missed that at first glance.
I use the JHP's in the bedstand gun.

That's the cheapest subsonic 9mm I can get my hands on. I run it in my Scorpion and my Glock. Good clean inexpensive ammo.

some and more and more and more and
200 yards really isn't that far!
To a newer shooter it may seem that way but to the rifle, it really hasn't started to even stretching its legs yet. If you feel you're shooting ability is up to par then I would definitely turn my eyes back to the scope itself.
PS a squeeze bag, goes a long way in helping the stability of shooting when using a backpack or a bipod!

Mine jams all the time if I use Winchester white box. All other brands works great. I have no idea why?

Not enough recoil generated, would be my guess. WWB is loaded very lightly (they sell it cheap, so they try to produce it as cheaply as possible too), so if you've got a stiffer recoil spring than stock (or even a stock one that's particularly stiff) they won't cycle properly

What do you think is the solution?
    New spring?
Shoot a few hundreds rds more and see if it helps?

Edit: I didn't have any problems with the Winchester during the first 100 rds

i would start with not shooting Winchester, but I also have a deep rooted bad taste in my mouth for Winchester ammo so I may be a bite bias

Yeah, run a few more boxes through it. Keep it well lubed to help reduce any drag that may be contributing to the problem. Maybe stay away from WWB until you've broken her in in good shape.
My Shield wouldn't eat WWB properly when she was new, but now that I've thrown a few thousand rounds downrange with her she gobbles it up no problem.
