It's an addiction. It starts with one and pretty soon you're running out of space and your girlfriend is questioning your sanity.

That Primary Arms 4x Prism scope is the shit btw. Don't know what I was doing before it. Irons are fun, but anything beyond 50 yards you better know what you're doing.

    Well heres my latest purchase.

An Egyptian Rasheed in 762x39. It has some wear but overall is in great shape. And honestly has one of the nicer triggers on a mil-surp rifle Ive felt. Very little creep and a nice 4lb ish pull. Be fun to get it out and shoot it....though that will be a little bit

This seems like a dumb question but is there any reason not to get a larger, more powerful center fire scope for a rimfire rifle?

No specific reason. There are some guys at the range i go to with Nightforce's, S&B's, ect on there 22s. Id say one advantage of going with a 22 specific scope is just the size and weight. My 10/22 has a mueller 22 scope while my ruger american rimfire just has a 3-9 i had laying around. Both work just fine

Seemed like some were saying parallax could potentially be a problem. After comparing the two scopes I'm looking at though I see that the center fire one has parallax adjustments down to 30 yards though so I should be good

I guess it depends what you want to do with it? I push the limits of my 22 and am always shooting long range. I have a 10x Luepold Mark 4 on my Anschutz 22.

yah pretty standard. I waited almost a month for some parts earlier this year. Just ordered a few things and 2 weeks before they ship is pretty standard.

Not too crazy about buds gun shop. They do some sketchy things in their online shop.
