Hey bro, this is for you! This is the first batch I’m going to try to unload, along with a Kahles, KXi 3.5-10x50 that I literally just mounted a few weeks back on my Bob (257 Roberts Winchester Model 70 Featherweight Short Show Edition). Sorry for the terrible pics and I’ll post these for sale on the proper forum (don’t want to get in trouble ;)).

OK, these pics really sucked. Sorry again and I’ll try to get some better ones (maybe have one of my kids to take them).

For the money, that scope is hard to beat. I bought it right before they dropped the “HD” version. I’ve got a good eye for optics and the only thing about the HD that jumped out was the price. They really went up on price. I cannot detect a difference with the VX6 and VX6 HD. There are some guys on the Leupold forums trying to tell themselves that the contrast may be slightly better but most admit that is a stretch and that Leupold came out on top with a big price increase and virtually no detectable difference in optical quality. That scope was going to go on my Montana Rifle Co. 280AI but I’m getting rid of that rifle (never been shot) because I’m trying to be realistic with myself in that I’ll never use it.

There is a similar story for the Leica ERi. I emailed back and forth with their NA operations before buying it because I knew that Leica and Swarovski were tied up in litigation over the Magnus. They assured me the Magnus was not coming to the US so I bought the ERi, which was their top scope for NA. Literally weeks after I bought it they dropped the Magnus. The Magnus is viewed as slightly better, but my ERi may have the best contrast of any scope I’ve had in many years. My big S&Bs may have very, very slightly better light transmission but the contrast of a Leica scope is something to behold. I’m just salty with them over the Magnus issue. ;)

It's snowflakes reporting them and YouTube's bots automatically shutting then down. They don't have real people review the reports so enough people report the channel and the bot just shuts it down. It's great to prevent porn from getting on YouTube but bad when shit like this happens. I think the word has gotten around enough YouTube's staff should be working on incident management since none of the channels violate TOS and part of their key values is freedom of speech.

They also tend to do it on the weekends where there generally is no staff for account owners to get help.

I've been waiting for someone to file a lawsuit against youtube/google and think it might finally be coming. Not just by gun channels but others as well.

True, Video Game channels, airsoft, knives, all sorts. The cut their funding, yet still run ads for their own profit.

Yea Ive seen ton of channels get their funding cut and not just gun channels. Youtube will run their ads for profit but will give none to the channels. I hope they sue them because it's not right.

Ordered a Lower today, with IL considering an AWB I figure picking up an AR and M1A sooner than later is a good plan. Now to sell the bike and find an M1A I like.

Does anybody with an M1A have any advice?

I prefer not to give springfield (or RRA, for that matter) my money since they donated so much to anti-2A state politicans over the last few years.

I know very well Judas Armory's issues with 2A, it's been a hot-button in IL for a while. There are a couple other companies that sell them, I just need to figure out what models/features I'm interested in mostly.

Why sue them? Let's go elsewhere . youtube is a private company. None of these guys are obligated to put their stuff on youtube. I don't agree with what they are doing ,but I don't think we should try to legally force them to change either. "Their range , their rules"

Playing the litigation lottery isn't the answer, making a free speech competitor to youtube is.
