I get it as I don't EDC this firearm but on occasion I have been known to carry it. I have a great Highnoon OWB conceal holster that is awesome 410 in 00 buck is one nasty round for self defense....

I imagine their face would be pretty priceless regardless of what gun you surprised them with, lol.

Gotcha. I tend to carry my S&W 19 when I'm camping. Black bears are pretty mild-tempered but I'd still rather not try to stop an angry one with a 9mm or a .45, and obviously the round would be just as effective for 2-legged predators too, if the situation arose. Most of the folks you meet in the north woods are nice, friendly people, but you do run across the occasional nutball who makes you glad to have a gun on your belt.

But it's a little large to conceal day-to-day

It's not bad to shoot, but the barrel isn't that short. My 16" Mosin produces more of a mushroom cloud. :D

As far as the Shockwave/TAC-14, I'm fairly certain a Shockwave will be my next firearm purchase.

Can verify. Same reaction with a Sig 226, Glock 26, and Glock 19. The expression was always the same.

Got myself a bodyguard .380 today. Got an awesome deal. No laser like I wanted but I saved a ton of money. Sorry for the upside down pic

The Crimson Trace lasergrips are available for it, though, and they're a much better laser system than the integrated one. If I were to buy my BG again I'd go with the laserless model and put the lasergrips on it.

Yeah I saved a ton getting it without the laser. I can buy the crimson trace and put it on for cheaper than buying the gun with it
