I have yet to add them. Had a red dot on for awhile. Now just a bead until I find something else. Ghost rings would be good.

Yeah.... keep an eye on that Vista pivot. Keep an eye on who Vista owns. Will be interesting to see how that changes in the next two years.

Yeah, that's what I have minus the sights. If I were you, I'd try to buy it with the ghost ring sights already installed if you want them. I didn't and now I'm paying for it. It's a PITA to find sights for that model. I'll probably just put another red dot on it again.

It's really fun to shoot. You will need to go a few easy mods to get it to eat any shells you throw at it though. Out of the box, they are made to only use really hot stuff. OR3gun has some drop in parts that fix that problem, easy peezy.

Bingo. Take Winchester, et. al. for Freedom Group, which was owned by Cerberus Capital Management. Some of Cerberus' previous holdings included Chrysler, GM Financial, Chrysler Capital, Blue Bird Bus, Albertson's and others. They were in control of the Chrysler and GM assets when both automakers were bailed out. After the bailout, they promptly sold those assets and reinvested the bailout funds in their other portfolios. Their holdings now include Avon cosmetics, DynCorp PMC (Private Military Company), and Staples among others. They are also invested in several other companies. Everything they buy, they milk for all it's worth and then sell the asset on the brink of implosion.

500, 590, and 590a1 (Marines use this). Pumps are more reliable. I went in to buy and 590a1 and walked about with a 930 though LOL!

Not sure what your budget is. Look up the FN SLP. I've always wanted one since I found out about them. Also the Benelli M4 tactical shotgun.

    14" barrel required NFA.

So stupid how short barrels are so restricted. As if it's some how more deadly. I've wanted a short barreled shotgun for a long time.

I'd get a Remington 870 or a Mossberg 590. Both have tons of options for aftermarket upgrades to.

Semi auto and that knurled charging handle. Honestly, you'll be happy with either. The 590 by far has more of following though.

I've had no issues shooting magnum buckshot and slugs out of a shockwave at eye level , sighting down the barrel as normal . It's a forend grip technique ... your rear hand pulls back hard and your forend hand pushes forward hard and the gun maybe moves 5 inches in recoil

EXACTLY, If someone makes their way into my house I am not going to take time to get acquainted with them. and there is NO need to think about it as every situation is different.

Anybody see Bushnell's new 1x prism optic the "Little P?"

Looks pretty promising. I can't really use red dots, so good to have another option. Its small too, so will be perfect for my AR pistol.
