Don't remember if I already asked this but anyone know if the slides between the 4.5in and 5.25in XDM 10mm are interchangeable, like could I go from the 4.5 to the 5.25 if wanted, either manufacture or aftermarket? I expect aftermarket to come out with a proper ported barrel and slide soon enough but anyone know?

Those aren't where you would go to find stuff lol. Go to pawn shops and other local stores. Gun broker for the weird stuff/hard to find.

It’s a lot local. Some online places other then GB do deal with surplus but they know what they have so the price tag represents that. That said I have found some deals at AIM and classic. Although classic is normally a bit on the high end and J&G has gone crazy with their pricing. I bought a misinterpretation from them 10 years ago for 60 now they want 300-400

Gunbroker blows, it's a ripoff pit of high shipping and credit card fees. Local pawn shops only have beater junk. Nobody pawns decent guns in my neck of the woods.

Many pawn shops sell all their good stuff via auction on gunbroker to get more $$$. They keep the junk on their shelves.

It can but then again you can get some deals as well. Some Local shops do GB but a lot don’t know what they have and you can scoop them up at times.

Not online thats for sure! Gotta make friends with the small pawn shop owners. Give them your business and keep asking if they have seen anything interesting. Tell them to call you if they do. Then when something does come in actually go look at it and talk to the owner even when its not something you want. Gotta get a good relationship.

Most pawn shop guys (well smaller ones) might know what they have and what its worth but are willing to make a deal to sell it fast...especially for a repeat customer.

Armslist is ok at times. Sometimes youll find a good deal.

Gunbroker can be hard to get a "deal". But for just grabbing a gun at market value its not that bad.

Do aftermarket baseplates for glock mags fit the Magpul glock mags? Doing some drills the other night I realized that my mags don't drop free from my Poly80 Glock 19 and I think if I put metal baseplates on the Magpul mags they would.
