Obviously a staged shot with a girl that likely doesn't know a thing about guns. Still nice to look at.

I don't have a photo of my better half cleaning guns, but here is one of here shooting.

Yup :) wasn't going to go to in-depth on how to do it lol. But MKE were smart and made it easy to do while complying with import laws

Looks to be both SSP/ESP and Production legal, walther must be gunning for the SP01/ Shadow 2/G34/ M&P5 2.0/ XDM5.25 market. Always good to see competition in the competitive space

I can understand why they didn't (majority buyers) but I absolutely love the V1 mag release.

What size scope rings did you use? Are they Vortex, too?

If it was a long range precision rifle, I absolutely would have spent much more money on the scope and ring combo.

But, it’s a $400 rifle with a $179 scope with little to no recoil.

My intention with this rifle was to have a cheap and reliable rifle that I can stomp around on my land in Texas and when I’m in WNC that can get bumped, scratched, and (heaven forbid) dropped in the mud without crying myself to sleep over the amount of money I have invested.

That’s why I went cheap with it and why i wasn’t overly concerned

Not saying it will cause issues, but if you have issues with adjustment or holding zero that'll be the likely cause. Vortex themselves have put out like 3 podcasts alone on rings and mounting.

I love cheaping out, just not on rings. I reccomend lapping all rings as a matter of course in scope mounting as even if your rings are perfect there's no guarantee the base they are on is perfect. It's no different than epoxy bedding a rifle action to the stock, good fit means less potential issues. With scopes the issues are just magnified a bit.
