    I love my glocks but remember that while they are reliable and functional there are nicer handguns out there. The $$ starts to increase rapidly for then though.

    I just looked at the SIG P365 to compare to the S&W Shield 2.0.

    The 2.0 has a great price at $329

    But the P365 is selling at $499 with 3 mags.

    I don’t know why, got big hands and big... I mean I got big hands but just too used to an AR style grip so blocky pistola’s ain’t to comfortable none.

    Same here. Even my Dads old S&W 659 doesn’t feel good to me any more (although it’s not a 1911, it’s 1911-like, and I used to love that pistol). Still think the design and look of 1911’s are timeless, and seriously approach works of art in my eyes. Over the years, I’ve gotten so used to the better ergo’s of modern tupperware pistols, that any 1911 frame beyond a commander just isn’t fun for me anymore. I also still think that short, fat, and slow, will get the job done (yes, that is .45AARP...err...ACP).
