I've been doing some research about lower receivers since I posted and it looks like they're pretty much all the same unless you spend about $300 on a super precise premium lower. It seems most companies use only a handful of manufacturers and just slap their logo on it. Thinking i might buy a fully assembled/complete Anderson lower for a little over S200. What do you AR guys think?

When I first heard of it I went well duh, why didn't I think of that? Belts don't need loops to keep your gun up.

There are some small differences in receivers. For instance, there’s the common T-6 aluminum, but there’s T-4 as well, and billet vs forged. How much is matters I guess depends.

How easy is it to pop off the trigger guard? Might have to look into that for mine.

Pops right off with a quick jerk. Also works great on glocks.... I'm not big, there's no way id be able to pull of a 45 in a holster IWB.

I've had the clip/trigger guard setup before. I was really not a fan. The barrel dug into my leg. I find that having it holstered in that same place is much more comfortable.

Anyone have experience with the Walkers Xcel 100 ear pro? (The ones with the controls on the headband.)
I’m curious if they’re truly quad directional and you’re able to hear what’s in front and behind... not just left & right... (my research has been inconclusive)
And I assume they have the “upgraded” digital sound board & speakers like the Pro and Ultimate models?
    Thx
