a few quick shots of the new crossmember..

here you see how low the stock exhaust and the crossmember hang below the frame rail

leftys a pre clocked so no need to clock them.. works out really nice since it dosn't kick your shifters over at an angle..

for now i'm just going to stick with the single mount. the stock mount has held up really well thus far but i'll be making a HD version over the weekend that should handle it just fine. problem with adding another mount is it would hang down below the bottom of the frame some i'm trying to avoid that.

thanks guys! thus far it has turned out really nice. i got the middle skid portion figured out already and getting that made. the rear portion under the tcase is making me scratch my head a little as the exhaust is run right in the way, i may end up having to move it up a little to make room. all in all i'm happy with it, its nothing fancy but serves it purpose and the best part is the installation really isn't that bad.

Looks good Kevin. I like it.

But now you need to support that lefty under there. Thats a lot of weight hanging off the back of your transmission.

I really need to rethink my cross member so that I can service my tranny, t- case and crawler without having to drop the entire thing.

yea i'm still working on an idea to get a mount on the crawler.. trying to figure out the best way without sacrificing ground clearance.. i'm already going to loose a touch to leave room between it and a skid so don't really want to loose any more than that...

    got them from otrattw.com

most all of them come pre labeled but i have a few that i just made up simple labels with a label maker and stuck on for those they didn't have available.. you can see the difference in the picture, the "fan" switch is one i did..

I may have missed this in all of the posts, but are you thinking about producing that highlift mount? It looks sweet and keeps the jack out of the way.
