So a little update of the carnage from Harlan....

The most obvious was that I destroyed the flange and H yoke on the rear driveshaft...

What I didn't find until today was that I also bent the output shaft on the t-case as well. So now I'm preparing to pull the case out and tear it down.... Weee what fun.

Let me know how that goes. My T-case makes a ping when I shift into reverse, and I have traced it to something attached to the front driveshaft.

I suspect it's the front output shaft on the t-case. It feels like slop in the gear being taken up when I reproduce it by rotating the shaft by hand.

Would really prefer not to tear down the t-case and it doesn't seem to be causing any problems right now. Probably just gonna ride it til the bearing shits.

Thanks guys! The rear bumper did turn out well, although I'm still not totally done with it either. :D

As for the front, the plate version is half way finished on the front of my truck right now but I am swamped with bumper builds so it will have to wait a few weeks.

As of right now I'm not sure if or when we will get to any 1st gen stuff, the market for those is just so flooded with manufacturers already and I stay swamped with all the 2nd gen stuff. I've also started working on stuff for 4th gen 4Runners. My hope would be that once I get into a larger shop and have acouple guys welding for me then maybe we can branch out to even more vehicles.

Thanks! It's been raining out so can't take out the normal camera. I'l get better pics tomorrow that show everything. This is just the first "prototype" version so there will be more additions and options to the full production model.

Lotek.... It can only be used up to 07's though because after that they have the air bag in the A pillar.
