Hey fire - did you get a website up and running for your bumper business?

 

Are you going to make one that doesn't wrap around? I like the looks of the bumper, but I have no desire to cut my bedsides.

yes, i will be making a direct bolt on replacement that will require no modification to the truck. keep your eyes peeled as i hope to release it within a month or so. i'm currently working on one for an FJ cruiser, then have two other orders to fill and then i'll be designing that one.

 

Im goin to PA end of the month see what i can do, HAHAHA

 

yea thats what happened to the guy that bought the first bumper i made. last weekend he peeled his stock bumper back and caved in the passenger bedside. once he cut off the bedside to put on the new bumper it popped right back out and he said now you cant even tell it was damaged.

i swear it crawled under there itself!!!! na actually it was a combination of backing up and sliding that landed me on top of it. i didnt even realize until the truck suddenly wouldnt go forwards or backwards...

hey silver... have you ever been to harlan before?? and be sure to let me know when your going, maybe i can make it to!! its one of my favorite places to ride, lots of diversity in trails and plenty of ground to cover. i've become pretty familiar with most of the park now.

theres the offical link. they just initiated a fee for riding, month pass for $25 or year pass for $35. its well worth the money and honestly its not that expensive either. they truly have a trail for everyone there. i'm all for going again sometime if we get a group together. they have a campground at the putney entrance that the group i go with usually stays at, and then theres a holiday inn express in town which is about 10 mins away for those who choose not to rough it.

 

Oh man, that is about 8 hours from me

 

Redz was sayin its about 500 miles from us in southern maryland, looks to be well worth the trip.

 

ohh its worth it. we regularly have guys come from 12 and 14 hrs away to ride... its a blast!!

 

dayum... lol

 

as tiger said... its the best around. hands down.
