So I installed some bags to help with weight and sag purposes when galling a heavy load. Should I be worried about my driveshaft now? I heard a little squeak sounds when drive around town with no load and only about 10psi in the bags.

A squeak from the driveshaft is probably a dry u joint. I’d get that replaced.
