First 3rd gen access cab Taco I've seen with leaking 3rd brake light

T-CI-5109.... Anyone head of this TSB? Leaking 3rd brake light on 2016 access cab SR5 4x4.

Just rolled her over 62k miles and after a few torrential rains, found the rear headliner stained.
Will cost about $350cad to replace the 3rd brake light.

Anyone else ever seen a leaking 3rd brake light on an access cab 3rd gen??

 

First example I've seen on here. I have a 17 access cab so I'll also be interested to see if others are starting to experience this.

 

Here I was thinking this only happens to the 4 door 3rd gens with that newer style square-ish 3rd brake light housing.

Also, not sure what or if it means anything but the 2 torx screws on my 3rd brake light spin freely if I try to tighten them. Noticed this a long time ago, before it started leaking into the rear headliner.
