I'm from Georgia but this creek is in Alabama....I don't do much wheeling but had the chance to look at a piece of property and had to ford the creek to reach the back 40 so to speak.

Awesome! If you enjoy this, consider visiting the Dawson Forest WMA, it has my favorite creek crossing in Georgia!

This one is kind of special…. We just bought it. I’m still Dawg fan not sure I’ll ever be able to pull for Alabama.

It's a small town....They don't even have a Walmart, I'm sure there is at least 4 or 5 Dollar Generals. It's got some big trees.

We missed this same piece of property back in 2021 by one day. Didn’t let it happen this time. Closing is scheduled for Dec 22 it will be a great Christmas present for the whole family. Here is the other ford. Looks like they have only been crossing it with an ATV. Pay no attention to my explanation I was wrong.

We paid $200,000 it was dirt cheap because it's in conservation easement. We can pretty much do what ever we want besides split it up or build more than one house. Without it being under CE it would have been 3 or 4 times that much. We didn't buy it for investment or to develop so it was just what we were after. Taxes are also dirt cheap, $190 for 2023.
