    Build page to begin soon...

Someone answered this question a couple of pages back but for LEDs that is a 4mm neo wedge bulb. I have an 04 and have replaced them.

First, great thread-add me in for it being a sticky.
The Sylvania Ultras are now on sale at O'Reilly's for $40 a pair. Ima give them another try (had a set that lasted 4 years till one fried) maybe they ironed out the kinks buy now.
I'm waiting right now for them to call me to say theyre in as they "ordered" a pair in from I guess their warehouse.
My 2001 headlight lenses are fine due to my anally meticulous maintainance habits, but the inside of the housings are apparently yellowing-anyone else see this? So that yellowing (slight so far) combined with the sort of yellowish stock original bulbs kinda gives me a dimmer pattern at night. I figure the Ultras will help that.

I ordered them per the link (they were the 3mm ones) and they didn't fit. So they ARE the 4mm ones….for sure?

    Retro fit?
I put them in and they make a heck of a difference. I forgot how effective they were. The yellowing I mentioned is more like a very faint "gold" hue. It's just age I guess. I also can see some very very finite dust in there. I wouldn't mind learning a way to get those apart to clean-if at all. Anyways back on topic-Silverstar Ultras FTW:)

Ah ok those. To damn newfangled for my old bones. I like the ones I bought. They don't blind the hell out of oncoming folks yet they do a much better lighting job.
    Thanks for the suggestion though.
