The comments you were looking at are from 2013

 

If your talking about your 2002 the warranty was extended 15 years from first date of service if the truck lived in a winter chemical state

Depending on the in service date the extended warranty would have been done in 2017.

Then the frame had to have been inspected by your Toyota dealer and under coated to even qualify for the new frame if it failed. This needed done by 1/1/12( not 100% on the date)

You can call all you want the program is done

 

That campaign ended in 2019 for eligible vehicles, there's nothing Toyota will do for you at this point. SafeTCap is probably your best option if you plan on keeping the truck.
