    Round your corners and make the lip all the way around with a good (not harbor freight) Flange tool.

    I didn’t and have some bulging problems in the corners. Going to have to pay a body shop more $$$ to get rid of the poping spots before they can bondo it.

    Body shop guy is charging me 500 bucks to cut relief points on the corners it get rid of oil canning, re-weld, bondo and paint

    not a bad deal, If I could do it again I would definitely round the corners as SRfive did

    Also, for the guys that have the vent open any water intrusion issues? I could see rust, belt slip, and possible electrical issues if water is running in driving into heavy rain or if it’s parked on an incline.
