First gen salvage, what should I take?

    The thing that I think is so crazy about these prices is that you find the 5VZFE with 100k or more miles, having an asking price of $1200-$1400, but I can buy from my supplier a completely rebuilt long block 5VZFE for $1200. I would rather get the long block and transfer over my manifolds and accessories! Then have an engine with ZERO miles on it.
