First Gen Sliding Window Seal

I recently purchased my first Taco, a '96 Regular Cab 2wd. She's been a work truck but I intend to fix her up and make her look better.

On that note, I have noticed that I am missing the window seal that goes between the sliding glass window and the fixed rear window. I was wondering if anyone has a part number for that seal or happens to have a link. I would much rather purchase it new than to get a used one from the junkyard. TIA!

i have a sliding glass window and a solid glass window I'm going to put in. but I can't figure out how to remove the sliding window. I already added some nice dents on my poor truck

 

Sorry about the delay, I was working when you responded and didn't realize it until this morning. Lol I've got these two pictures. I'm needing the gasket that goes between the two glasses. It should go right where the white is on both pictures. Seems like the previous owner tried covering the gap with something.

 

this is a 2-piece/panel slider? not a one piece,right?

I'm not a hundred percent sure. It's got just one glass that slides between the other two.

i was thinking that a '96 would be the same as mine with individual sliders and not one piece
perhaps the prior owner(s) swapped out a solid window for what you have?

 

Mine is a 2 piece also, I think yours might have been replaced

 

Dang, that sucks. I guess I'll keep on searching and hopefully find it. If not, I'll probably end up replacing it with a new one. Thanks you guys for taking your time and giving this newbie some valuable info.

 

might be able to find a nice piece of glass at a salvage yard?
I haven't been to one in probably 1/4 century so not sure how fast glass goes there
... heading to one locally (50 miles away) here soon where they have a 95.5 (checking on parts for somebody else here), I will see if the back glass is still on the truck

 

is everything around your rear window original or have you ever replaced the rubber piece?
dammit i miss being able to open/close my sliding window while driving

do you ever put any kind of dressing on it to keep it nice and black
I am still searching for the best product to use, the stuff I put on my tires is not holding well up there on the windows

 

You can tell by the width of the sliding section that your entire rear window was replaced with the 3 piece slider as opposed to the original 4 piece slider. The 4 piece has smaller glass sections on the sides than the 3 piece.

I believe the 3 piece slider started in 01. I have also heard that most replacements will be the 3 piece slider since it is harder to find the 4 piece.
