Looking for a 2.5" or 3" taller spindle that does not increase the track width ?

Getting ready to do the front suspension on my 03 prerunner and do not want the preload that comes along with the lift without extended spindles. Do not want fiberglass fenders.

Without spindles, isn't it better to have a lighter spring like 600 LB due to the increase when preloaded for say a 2.5 lift up front. Isn't 1" of lift preloaded on the spring = equal to 100 lbs ?

What is typical valving for a mid travel setup on first gen with v6.

Basically, if i do a king r/r c/o up front with a total chaos UCA and spindle gusset as well as coil bucket gusset, is the preload going to make the truck ride like poo poo on the pavement ? as opposed to a 3" spindle, total chaos UCA, and king c/o with R/R without all the preload necessary to get the lift needed. Using the coil to hold the truck up, and the valving to get the truck to perform with dialed in valving.

Is there a huge difference between the lowest and highest setting on the compression adjuster's on the king C/O'c

Solo motorsports has spindles for the first gen, but they add to much track width for me. Camburg has spindles for newer generation tacomas, but not first gen.

New guy to the tacoma world, just seeking some advice from those that know.

    Cheers.

Solo Motorsports is the only company that sells a spindle for 1st gens unless you find a custom fabricated one.

The spring rate all depends on how much lift you want to achieve. 600lbs is a pretty good choice you'll probably achieve 3" of lift. Ride quality won't be too bad but it's a truck so keep that in mind
