Hi everybody! New to the post here and I have a 2017 Tacoma TRD off road 4x4 doube cab with the short bed. I wanna know what should be your first upgrade to a new truck? Ive been leaning on getting a tri fold hard tonneau cover that can also channel water away.

Welcome to TacomaWorld and thank you for your service :hattip: Before I make any suggestions, what are you using your Taco for? Will you be off-roading, hauling dirt bikes or fishing gear, or just the wife and kids?

This was the first thing I added to my truck, if you don't count the stuff added at port.

Now that I think about it, the first thing was putting sunglasses in the handy dandy sunglasses holder. Bought the bed mat a few days later.

Comes free with the sport or manual OR (I believe). Or it may just be a manual thing, but think all sports have it.

I’m guessing it goes where the crawl controls are on the ceiling?
